Hello, I am Andrea

Your Trusted Grief Coach

I’m here for you. You may find yourself in a moment that feels unfamiliar, where everything has shifted, and you’re not sure how to move forward. Grief can bring waves of doubt, disconnection, and quiet overwhelm that no one quite prepares you for. You might be asking yourself:

“How do I carry this and still be here for the people I love?” “Will I ever feel like myself again?”

There is nothing wrong with the way you’re grieving.

As your guide, I don’t try to fix your grief or rush you through it. I walk beside you, helping you make sense of what you’re feeling, creating space for what’s real, and supporting you as you learn how to live with loss in a way that feels steady and true.

My Core Values

I believe grief is a natural and necessary part of being human, not something to be rushed or pushed away.

You and your grief deserve a space that feels safe, honest, and supportive as you navigate loss in your own way.

My Life’s Story

My journey with grief – anticipatory and complicated grief - throughout my life has provided the painful life experiences that have grown my heart to what it is now.

Here’s how we work together:

How it works

1.

A Safe Space to Begin

We begin by creating a space where your grief can be named and honored without judgment. This is a place where you can show up exactly as you are and feel supported in your experience.

2.

Understanding and Tools

Based on your unique needs, we'll create a customized coaching plan. Whether you're focused on personal development, career growth, or wellness, this plan serves as your roadmap to success.

3.

Integration and Moving Forward

Then, we begin integrating your grief—learning how to live with it as a companion rather than something to fight against, so you can move forward with more clarity and connection.

What my clients have to say about working with me

Testimonials

“Because of my 23-year-old daughter's health situation, I felt tired and alone in her dying process.  I found Andrea by chance, and immediately, she brought color and life into a world that had become dark and depressing.”

Jules H.

“I had reached out so I could find support through my preemptive grief. First time that I have felt support during end-of-life care for one of my elders. I highly recommend anybody who has a dear one in end-of-life care.”

Lark A.

“Thank you for your help during these very challenging times. You’re doing great work! It’s so hard… So many emotions, complications, decisions, and past issues come very much into play. Your support has been needed and appreciated. Thank you.”

Jason A.
